We are Hecto Drone. We are a scale-up company located in Hasselager near Aarhus in Denmark. We specialise in producing hybrid heavy-lift-drones which are particularly well suited for maritime applications, be they shore-to-ship, ship-to-ship or offshore.

Our main product is the HD-606, a large hybrid heavy-lift-drone which uses two dual piston engines as generators that power six electrical motors. Our hybrid system produces several advantages which are a heavy cargo capacity, long flight times and the capacity to power a payload directly. The system is inherently modular by design and can be outfitted with whichever radio, GPS, etc. is needed. The drone can also be operated BVLOS with e.g. Starlink.

The HD-606 is first and foremost a logistical drone. It is very well suited to carry a payload safely and reliably from point A to point B. With this said, it can carry any payload within its 50 kg cargo limit which in turn can deliver any number of desirable effects. The drone is operational and deployed in various roles across Europe.
