Exciting news regarding DALO Industry Days 2024 – royal visit to our maritime area

Danske Maritime is looking forward to our next major event at the DALO Industry Days in august, where we will once again organize the maritime theme area. This year, we will bring together even more of our members to showcase future technologies within the Danish naval industry. This theme is more relevant than ever due to the growing focus on maritime security, both close at home in national waters and globally.

We are honored to welcome His Royal Highness Brigadier General Prince Joachim, who will deliver a speech on the opportunities to strengthen industrial cooperation between Denmark and the US.
Danish Maritime and the Danish maritime industry greatly appreciate the Royal Family’s interest in the Danish naval industry, which has long and deep roots in the Danish society.

Additionally, we will also be joined by National Armaments Director Lieutenant General Kim Jesper Jørgensen, who will participate in a one-on-one conversation with Danske Maritime’s Director, Jenny N. Braat.
They will discuss, among other topics, the potential shipbuilding plan that the Danish Defense is expected to develop based on a political decision regarding a long-term procurement plan for the Danish Navy.
