Conference about advancing Circular Economy in Maritime: From Green Transition to Sustainability Reporting

In collaboration with LOOP Forum and with support from The Danish Maritime Fund, Danish Maritime is organizing a conference on circular economy in the maritime industry. The conference aims to highlight two areas where the circular economy can play a significant role.

The first topic of the conference will be on the imminent replacement of the trading fleet and the transition to green fuels, emphasizing how the reuse of components can reduce the industry’s CO2 emissions during the transition towards a greener fleet.

The second topic will address the Environmental, Social, and Governance Reporting Standard (ESRS) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), along with optimal data collection practices within the maritime industry pertinent to the circular economy.
